We ran two successful cohorts of this with senior OD leads across the Midlands and now want to share with you the slides and workbooks to help you further your knowledge in this area. You may be in a position of commissioning board development and these slides will give you a great insight as to what questions to ask and what you should be looking for in a practitioner.
