To support our NHS England colleagues and Integrated Care Boards through the ongoing reform of the NHS, we have developed a regional support package to help leaders and teams within your organisation to navigate this significant transformation.
The NHS Midlands People, Talent and Culture Team is committed to providing outstanding opportunities to meet the needs of our NHS colleagues in an ever-changing world, never more so than to support our impacted workforce with our Regional Outplacement Offer across NHS England and the Midlands ICBs.
Outplacement is a professional support service provided to help employees who are considering their future career during an organisational or system transformational change and it may mean that individuals will be leaving their current organisation and role. Our extensive offer will support NHS England and ICBs colleagues from across the Midlands to access support to help them with their CV’s, interview skills, planning their next career move and more.
Our offer has been designed to meet the requested needs of support from our Chief People Officers across the Midlands ICBs and it will be a complimentary offer to the health and wellbeing support being offered in individual ICBs and NHS England.
To further support colleagues during this period, recordings from workshops are now available to view online. These resources have been created to help colleagues reflect on key themes, revisit learning at their own pace, and continue their development beyond the live sessions.
