About the facilitator:

Susie Edwards (RSA Fellow, MA, MSc & Post Grad Dip.)

With nearly two decades of experience spanning healthcare, science, business and education my professional journey has been driven by three core passions: compassionate leadership, communication in the workplace and career development. My purpose is to empower individuals and their teams to be fulfilled, happy and successful at work.

In my role as a trainer, facilitator and coach, I’m known for my unwavering commitment to the task at hand. I believe in questioning the status quo and challenging assumptions to unearth the root cause of an issue. I have a pragmatic, action-based approach, ensuring that concepts translate into tangible results in boardrooms and senior leadership teams.
