The multi award winning NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) offers its trainees the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become proficient leaders of transformation who can manage the balance between access and affordability. We work closely with the National Leadership and Lifelong Learning Team to deliver this scheme across the Midlands, taking the lead on ensuring placements are of the highest quality and provide a fantastic experience for trainees.
Interested in helping our graduates gain experience?
It is our job as a Regional Leadership and Lifelong Learning team to manage placements, local networking and training. Whilst on the scheme each trainee will complete at least two work based placements within local organisations, gaining experience as well as providing a valuable contribution to the organisation. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your application further, please contact us at [email protected]
