Monique will share key insights and learning from the Bravery in the Boardroom movement she co-founded to increase diverse representation in boardrooms, her own experience as an ex-director and now as a Leadership Coach & Consultant focusing on diverse talent development.

Aimed at NHS talent management practitioners and people professionals, the event will be interactive and include a range of practical takeaways to support and inspire attendees in identifying, developing and sustaining diverse talent pipelines to enable greater diversity and inclusivity at board level.
