In Conversation with… Denise Bowers sharing her experiences of IVF, miscarriage and beyond
We invite you to join Denise Bowers for this session.
Denise has worked in the NHS for approx. 10 years and in this time has held various business support roles. Prior to working in the NHS, Denise worked in the travel industry working in management, training, recruitment and incident control.
Equality, diversity and inclusion has always been a passion and being in a management role it was important to support colleagues through challenges within their work and personal life, enabling people to be themselves at work.
Denise is going to share her experience with IVF, miscarriage and beyond, and how we can support our colleagues to break down barriers in allowing people to seek support.
In her current role, Denise is a member of the Improvement Directorate EDI Group and advocates an inclusive workforce for all. She is passionate about how we can use lived experiences to learn from each other and how to be a more understanding colleague and friend.
