Bravery in the Boardroom Session 1: A Leaders Mindset

Monique Carayol, Leadership Coach & Consultant, Your New Avenue will be delivering webinar sessions kicking off in July to support you in building your senior leadership capability and understanding of how to navigate and operate effectively at a more senior level.

Monique will share her insights and experience as an ex-NHS Director of Strategy & Transformation and how she navigated her way into the boardroom during her 20 year NHS career, alongside practical brave leadership tools and techniques for you to use/apply straight away.

Our first session in the series will explore the Leaders Mindset at board level and will cover the following:

• Dealing with fear and failure
• Becoming solutions focused
• Investing in yourself and utilising expert advice
• Building emotional fitness

The session will be interactive and practical so participants can learn, share and grow together.

This event is aimed at Aspiring Directors only who are members of the NHS England Midlands Aspirant Director Talent Pool.
