NHS Interim Management and Support (NHS IMAS), hosted by NHS England, provides interim management and consultancy support to NHS organisations seeking short- or medium-term management and leadership expertise.

NHS IMAS has been operating successfully since 2008, sourcing, developing, and deploying highly skilled senior NHS staff and emerging leaders (AfC Band 8d or above) into a wide range of roles, including: Executive Director roles, Sub Executive Director role and many other senior leadership roles. While their primary focus is on Band 8d and above, they also welcome applications from individuals currently at Band 8c who are looking to progress into more senior roles.
