The masterclasses are a series of standalone presentations covering a variety of topics. Each masterclass is 2.5 hours long and colleagues can pick which ones to attend.

Module Five: The team leader’s toolkit

In this module we deepen the knowledge from the previous modules, by equipping participants with further practical tools and techniques. Topics include:

• How to make team meetings twice as effective
• How to make better decisions/ choose between difficult options
• How to work with strong emotions
• How to develop strong collective values in a team
• How to cope with common derailers, such as imposter syndrome
• Advanced tools of listening and questioning
