DESCRIPTION:We are please to offer a programme of learning\, in two parts\, to support the celebration of what diversity and inclusion can bring to the workplace\, and the value a diverse workforce can bring. \nThe focus is on how we Inclusively Lead our workforce by Improving knowledge\, understanding\, and developing skills – a must for all our leaders. \nFrom exploring what is equality\, diversity\, inclusion and belonging? Why it is important? What legislation sits around E\, D & I? \n To looking at intergenerational teams and intersectionality and how we can create physiological safety within our teams to enable a sense of belonging for all? \n What it means to be an ‘ally’ at work – supporting all colleagues and friends. To increase our cultural awareness and understand difference\, to create an Inclusive workplace. \n For you to explore things we can do to Lead with an inclusive lens and much more. \nMost importantly its an opportunity to come together\, to connect and talk about what matters.  A chance to learn and share our own lived experience\, to learn from one another. \nAndpartership – Rebecca Clarke ACIPD Senior Consultant.  Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience working in the retail sector\, and has held senior leadership roles in management\, consulting and business partnering across large international teams. Rebecca focuses on implementing inclusive\, dynamic and hybrid solutions to keep up to date in our ever-changing world. Her passion is enabling others to be at their best\, in any situation\, by empowering individuals\, teams and organisations to have ownership and be better than they thought they could be. She has experience in L&D\, HR\, Talent Development\, Coaching\, Engagement\, OD\, Change Management\, Learning Design\, Equality\, Diversity\, and Inclusion. DESCRIPTION:This workshop is part of our Complete Leadership Series\, managing conflict\, incivility and respect\, to help you target areas of development leaders and managers have identified as top priorities right now. \nAbout the session:  \nGiving and receiving feedback is an essential part of any role\, when done in the right way and with the right intentions\, feedback can lead to outstanding performance. Giving feedback is a skill. And like all skills\, it takes practice to get it right. Sandie has rich academic experience working on the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme in Cohort Tutor\, Cohort Director\, and Deputy Programme Director roles\, EGA and GMTS\, and as a visiting lecturer for the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust MA in Consultation (D10)   \nShe has a Professional Doctorate in Leadership and Organisational Development  ‘Consultation and the Organisation’\, and her research thesis was on leadership and inclusion with a focus BAME leadership in the public sector.
