SUMMARY:Midlands Inclusivity and Diversity Awards Scheme
DESCRIPTION:The Midlands Inclusivity and Diversity Award Scheme\, or ‘MIDAS’\, recognises innovative ways of working by staff\, managers\, and leaders across the region\, to make the Midlands an inclusive place for all. The scheme is specifically designed to identify and spread the good work that is happening here in the Midlands across our health and social care sector. \nThis virtual event will showcase new and excellent ways of working by staff\, managers\, and leaders across the region\, to make the Midlands an inclusive place for all\, and we will announce the winners in our eight MIDAS categories.  \n\nExcellence in Executive Inclusive Leadership of the Year\nOutstanding Staff Network of the Year\nUnsung Star of the Year\nInclusive ICS of the Year\nBest Ally of the Year\nChangemaker of the Year\nEDI Champion of the Year\nInclusive Recruitment and Talent Management of the Year (New)\n\nJoin us at this virtual event to recognise and celebrate all of the good work that has been undertaken here in the Midlands. \nStaff have nominated and the judges have voted and now you can finally find out the results and learn from some best practice examples! \n  \nWho should attend?\n\nAnyone with an interest in sharing good practice and equality\, diversity and inclusion. \nIs there a cost to participates ?\nNo\, there is no cost associated with this event. \nPlease Note:-\n\nIf you need any special requirements with regards to accessibility\, either before\, during\, or after the event\, then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist.\nWe will send an email with details of joining instructions for the day to all participants\, prior to the date.\nIn order to participate you may need a webcam and a headset.\nYour computer will need to have the sound function on so you can hear and speak at the webinar.\nYou will need to be connected to the internet for the duration of the webinar.\n\n\n
