DESCRIPTION:Join us as Wellbeing expert\, Amber Sorrell\, gives tangible help and advice on how to approach conversations about mental health in the workplace. \nAmber covers what mental health actually is\, why it is important for businesses to consider and the difference between burn out and rust out.  She advocates for a person centric approach and has a unique toolkit to aid these conversations\, developed from her time as a detective in law enforcement. \nWho should attend? \nAnyone within the NHS.  Equality\, diversity and inclusion is about people and is important to all of us.  By raising awareness\, it promotes greater understanding and empathy and defines us and our values. \nPlease Note:- \nIf you need any special requirements with regards to accessibility\, either during\, or after the event\, then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist. \nWe will send an email with details of joining instructions for the day to all participants\, prior to the date. \nIn order to participate you may need a webcam and a headset. \nYour computer will need to have the sound function on so you can hear and speak at the webinar. \nYou will need to be connected to the internet for the duration of the webinar. \nThis webinar may be recorded. \n  \nPlease also note that there will be a short evaluation form for you to complete at the end of the session – it is so important to us to get your feedback on each intervention we produce.  We want to ensure we continue to meet the needs and demands of the NHS.
