It’s crucial that the NHS develops a diverse pool of leadership talent to meet the needs of a diverse population. \nApplications to the scheme open on the 26th of September and close on the 31st of October 2022. The Scheme will support you in developing skills\, experience\, and confidence to begin your leadership journey successfully. \nYour training and study will enable you to develop the skills\, knowledge\, and confidence you need to equip you to change processes\, inform big decisions\, make vital savings\, and improve lives.
