DESCRIPTION:Coaching Supervision Groups – 2024/25 \n  \nOur reflective group coaching supervision sessions return for 2024-25 hosted by coaching specialists Becci and Helen from Team Boo. \nIn our coaching circles we will focus on the core elements of supervision which are: \n  \nNormative - are we working ethically and professionally? \nFormative  – are we developing our practice? \nRestorative – are we looking after our own wellbeing? \n  \nThe sessions will offer you an opportunity to learn from others\, explore challenges and reflect on your coaching practice and reflect on their coaching practice journey. \n  \nWho is this session for: \nThis Supervision opportunity is intended to support the skillset of coaches who are registered on the Coaching Hub and currently operating in the NHS offering a framework to help support clients and organisations. \n  \nOther information: \nPlease reserve a place via the Green RSVP button below. \nIf your circumstances change and you can no longer attend\, please email on england.midlandsla@nhs.net so we can make the space available for someone else.
