DESCRIPTION:Coaching Supervision Groups – 2022/23  \nOur reflective group coaching supervision sessions return for 2022/23 hosted by coaching specialists Becci and Helen from Team Boo.   \nIn our coaching circles we will focus on the core elements of supervision which are;  \nNormative - are we working ethically and professionally?  \nFormative  – are we developing our practice?  \nRestorative – are we looking after our own wellbeing?   \nThe sessions will offer you an opportunity to learn from others\, explore challenges and reflect on your coaching practice and reflect on their coaching practice journey. \n  \nAbout the facilitator  \nTeam Boo are an award winning organisation with a passion for coaching.
