DESCRIPTION:Creating Positive Change \nMost people have very mixed feeling about change. Some changes can leave us feeling worried and even fearful and some change can spark excitement and joy.  The truth is that no matter what we think about change\, it comes loaded with uncertainty and this makes navigating change messy.  \nHowever\, when we shift how we think about change we can actually help people flourish through change  \nJoin Emma Coller of Growth Pod for this mentoring workshop which will teach you some evidence-based tools to help you confidently mentor others to embrace the messiness of change\, learn the magic tools you can use to help people navigate the uncertainty and learn how to help others amplify their confidence through the journey.    \nBecause as Abraham Maslow once wisely said\, “In any given moment\, we have two options.
