DESCRIPTION:What is it about? \nBravery in the Boardroom Session 1: A Leaders Mindset \nMonique Carayol\, Leadership Coach & Consultant\, Your New Avenue will be delivering webinar sessions kicking off in July to support you in building your senior leadership capability and understanding of how to navigate and operate effectively at a more senior level. \nMonique will share her insights and experience as an ex-NHS Director of Strategy & Transformation and how she navigated her way into the boardroom during her 20 year NHS career\, alongside practical brave leadership tools and techniques for you to use/apply straight away. \nOur first session in the series will explore the Leaders Mindset at board level and will cover the following: \n\nDealing with fear and failure\nBecoming solutions focused\nInvesting in yourself and utilising expert advice\nBuilding emotional fitness\n\nThe session will be interactive and practical so participants can learn\, share and grow together. \nThis event is aimed at Aspiring Directors only who are members of the NHS England Midlands Aspirant Director Talent Pool. \n  \nGuest Speaker \nMonique Carayol\, Leadership Coach and Consultant and former NHS Director of Strategy & Transformation. \n  \nHow is it run? \nThis is a 75 minute virtual workshop. \n  \nIs there a cost? \nNo\, this has been funded by the Midlands Talent Team.
