DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this session is for you to explore ethical dilemmas you may face as a coach\, particularly where working internally within the system organisation and the role of supervision and reflective practice to explore and resolve challenges and issues  \nThe session will offer space to:  \n\n Check in (what are you thinking and feeling today)\n An exploration of ethical challenges internal coaches may face\n Unpacking the codes of practice for coaching and what this means for coaches within the NHS (training\, CPD and supervision of coaches)\n Exploration challenges and practical or psychological considerations when coaching within an internal complex system.\n Check out and reflections\n\nWho can attend \nThis CPD opportunity is intended to support the skillset of coaches who are registered on the Coaching Hub currently operating in the NHS offering a framework to help support clients and organisations  \nOther information: \nIf you are unable to attend any of the sessions above please register via our Expression of Interest page\, this will help us to understand the demand for our programmes and plan accordingly. SUMMARY:Leading Transformation for Integrated Care - Rethinking recovery - a systems perspective
DESCRIPTION:Leading Transformation for Integrated Care \nColleagues working in health\, social care and the voluntary\, community and social enterprise sector are welcome to join us for our new series of 90-minute\, virtual sessions.  We have different topics for you to choose from which have been co-designed with the seven Regional Hubs of the NHS Leadership Academy and will be hosted by our delivery partner\, Tricordant. \nSo what is this series about?  Based on insights and experience drawn from work with a number of Integrated Care Systems across England these sessions will explore what partnership working looks like across teams and organisations. \nWhat does this mean for leaders?  It is co-designed with input from local representatives to understand their current challenges and opportunities. The aim is to enhance participants’ capability to think and act as leaders within systems. \nThis series is for anyone involved in change and transformation\, delivery of new integrated care services\, organisation development and partnership development working in health and social care systems across England. \nGeneral learning outcomes for the programme: \n\nUnderstand and explore a ‘Leading Transformation’ topic\nFeel confident to apply some practical tools\nLearn\, share and grow with colleagues in similar situations\n\n4.Rethinking recovery – a systems perspective \nThis topic will explore system responses to crisis and recovery. \nParticipants will gain a better understanding of: \n\nThe surprising opportunities of self-organisation\nCollaborative approaches to service and workforce recovery\nLeading recovery in networks and across boundaries\n\nWho is this session for:  \nThe NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care.  \nOther information: \nPlease note that the East of England Regional Hub is co-ordinating all bookings on behalf of the seven regional hubs and you may be redirected to book at our web site.  Confirmation emails and links to all sessions will be issued by the East of England Leadership Academy. \nThe session will be delivered virtually \nBook here: \nWednesday 29th March 2023 \n
