Complete Leadership Series – Using Online Platforms as a Tool for Change
What is it about?
This workshop will focus on two key aspects. First, looking out to see what is being done in the digital leadership space and to share case studies and examples of where this is working effectively and why. Second, we will explore characteristics of effective “digital” leaders, and some of the tools you have available to you which could help you consider ways to create change more effectively through digital platforms. Some familiarity on the guidance on local policies surrounding social media use in your context will be helpful.
